Résumé
"The Waterloo Wellington Crisis System Evaluation was a two-year, formative evaluation of the Waterloo Wellington Regional Crisis System involving multiple stakeholder perspectives. The overall purpose was (1) to assess formatively the development of the Waterloo Wellington Regional Crisis System, and (2) to document in a preliminary way, the impact of crisis system enhancements on the quality of services received by people with lived experience who were 18 years of age or older. Given the formative nature of the evaluation and the early developmental stage of the regional crisis system, crisis system outcomes were not directly measured." -- Page 1.
