"The current report presents the results of an analysis of all impaired driving incidents with a judicial outcome that occurred in Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) jurisdictions of British Columbia in 2003. This research project was funded by the British Columbia Superintendent of Motor Vehicles and coordinated by the RCMP Research Chair at the University College of the Fraser Valley, the BC Centre for Social Responsibility, the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University College of the Fraser Valley, and the RCMP."--Page ii.
