Summary

"Freeze + P is a chemical agent containing 1% oleoresin capsicum (OC) and 1% orthochlorobenzalmalononitrile (CS), a form of tear gas. The combination of CS and OC is meant to work together. CS causes eyes to tear thereby carrying the OC through the nasolacrimal ducts into the nose and lungs. The inflammatory effects of the agents cause the eyes to close involuntarily, and produces a burning sensation on the skin, and generates a tightness in the chest and breathing difficulty."
