Summary

The document explains the recommended development of minimum training standards for all affected levels of law enforcement personnel, including core training objectives in six areas: General Law Enforcement Officer, Law Enforcement Executive, Intelligence Manager, Intelligence Officer/Collector, Intelligence Analyst, and Train-the-Trainer.
