| Purpose : |
The project will address the priority issue of violence among youth aged 12 to 17; reach a minimum of 192 at-risk youth and their families; and will be delivered in collaboration with School District #33 (Chilliwack), the RCMP Chilliwack Detachment, Just Right Recycling and the Chilliwack Lake Camp.
At the end of the five year period, it is anticipated that the measurable results will include increased attachment to school and academic achievement and decreased behavioural and discipline issues in the school and community. It is also anticipated that participants will demonstrate reductions in substance use and anti-social/criminal behaviour.
