The proposed comprehensive, evidence-based case management approach will address core risk factors through the following interventions; counseling mentoring; recreational and artistic diversion; social supports; educational and employment supports; and supports to parents of at-risk youth, where possible and appropriate. Delivery will include pro-social associations for youth, including contact with appropriate positive role models and developing successful attachments and re-attachments for youth to educational and employment resources and opportunities.
