“Le Garage” is a project that combines music instruction and school guidance with a follow-up by Assistance d’enfants en difficulté, a centre for social pediatrics. The project will provided tailored support to 320 children and youth aged 6 to 17 in order to reduce crimes committed by children and youth in the underprivileged neighbourhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, prevent them from joining street gangs, and reduce the number of youth who have had problems with the law or who have been involved in criminal activities. |
