Aspen will work with nine homeless care provision programs to implement a service provision model that will focus on identifying, nurturing and enhancing the resiliency factors of homeless individuals and families to help them cope effectively with the barriers and challenges that hinder their ability to engage in a constructive and health-oriented lifestyle and often perpetuates the homelessness cycle.
