An organization's primary mandate and activities constitutes the foundation of what an organization must accomplish to fulfill its vision and mission.

- Is not a sports organization, team or recreational, athletic, hobby or games-oriented club;
- Is not a government department or agency, for-profit corporation, or crown corporation;
- Does not have a primary mandate of providing health care, social services or housing, with the exception of shelters serving victims of gender-based violence and its transitional housing;
- Does not engage in practices and observances that are hateful, incite hatred or violence against other individuals or groups, or contravene criminal law.

In addition, you will be asked to outline associated costs through your work plan, quotes and your budget. Please refer to the Canada Community Security Program (CCSP) Application Guide for additional guidance.

In the table below, outline your project activities and protection measures and how they will be addressing the security concerns you previously identified. We strongly encourage that you review the contents of the Canada Community Security Program (CCSP) Application Guide for proper completion of this section.
Instructions:
- Project Activity: Identify the main protection measures and activities, such as video surveillance, perimeter fencing, access control systems, security guards, in general terms (e.g., do not include accessories or model names for equipment-related activities).
- Timeline: Identify the start and end date for each specific activity within the project (e.g., security personnel: 3 weeks– November 4 – 28, 2024, Window film installation: 1 week October 21-25, 2024).
- Activity Location: Identify the area where the protection measure will be located (e.g., "interior" or "exterior").
