Résumé

This report is one of four reports that provide details on the development and planned implementation of a performance measurement framework for DLE agencies. Material presented in this document is intended for all staff who have responsibility for drug law enforcement performance, from local-level, operational staff through to senior executives. As such, information provided here is deliberately high-level so that it can be adapted and applied from local through to national-level drug law enforcement (or indeed other law enforcement) settings.
