"This research inquiry will facilitate an internal assessment of leadership competencies in the New Westminster Police Service. If the organization is to remain committed to characterization of learning and leadership, this assessment is an important step toward further development of its employees and the creation of a meaningful and sustainable leadership development program. This leadership assessment is the first such inquiry for the organization."
