Opening Remarks
You will be invited by the Chair to deliver opening remarks, that at the start of the meeting. These should last approximately 10 minutes and will be followed by questions from committee members.
Rounds of Questions
Committee member questions will proceed as follows:
- Six minutes for the first questioner of each party : Round 1: Conservative Party, Liberal Party, Bloc Québécois, New Democratic Party.
- Second and subsequent rounds: Conservative Party (five minutes), Liberal Party (five minutes), Bloc Québécois, (two and a half minutes), New Democratic Party, (two and a half minutes), Conservative Party, (five minutes), Liberal Party, (five minutes).
Second Hour (4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
