To amend the Regulations Prescribing Certain Firearms and Other Weapons, Components and Parts of Weapons, Accessories, Cartridge Magazines, Ammunition and Projectiles as Prohibited or Restricted, regarding permanent alteration methods of cartridge magazines and the sale or transfer of magazines capable of holding more than the legal number of bullets.
